Refined Sunflower Oil is the non-volatile oil pressed from the seeds of the sunflower and has extensive usage in the kitchen as a cooking oil, commonly used for frying. It is obtained by using the cold-pressing sunflower seeds at low temperatures to avoid use of chemical solvents. Refined sunflower oil is used for low-to-extremely-high-temperature cooking.
